Barium Chloride : U.N.NO l564.
- Chemical Formula BaCI2 2H20.
- Packing : 50 Kgs HDPE bags with thick inner liner.
- Physical Property : It is colorless powder or crystals. Soluble in water & Insoluble in alcohol.
- Chemical Property : % of BaCl2 Contain in powder 99 to 102%. Matter insoluble in water 1% by mass max. 0.1%. Iron as (Fe) mass max 0.002. pH of aqueous solution 5.0 to 8.0.
- Uses : In textile Dyeing, Manufacturing of white leather & Boiler compound, Mfg. of other barium compounds such as Hydroxide, Chromate, Sulphate etc.
Barium Hydroxide
- Chemical Formula Ba (OH)2 8H20
- Packing : 50 Kgs HDPE bags with thick inner liner.
- Physical Property : White powder soluble in dilute acids slightly soluble in water.
- Chemical Property : Assay (as Ba(OH)2 8H20) % by mass min. 95. Iron as (Fe) mass min 0.003. pH of aqueous solution ranges between 7.5 to 9.0.
- Uses : manufacturing of oil & grease additives, purifying agent for Caustic Soda, Refining edible oils.
Barium Nitrate : U.N.NO 1446.
- Chemical Formula Ba (NO3) 2
- Packing : 50 Kgs HDPE bags with thick inner liner.
- Physical Property : Lustrous, White crystal, Soluble in water, insoluble in Alcohol.
- Chemical Property : % of material content as Ba(NO3)2 mass min. 99.00. pH of 5% solution 5.5 to 7.5. Moisture % by mass min 0.5 Sulphur nil.
- Uses : Pyrotechnics (gives green light), ceramic glazes, Electronics.
Barium Chromate :
- Chemical Formula BaCrO4
- Packing : 50 Kgs HDPE bags with thick inner liner.
- Physical Property : Heavy yellow crystalline powder insoluble in water Sp.Gr.4.5
- Chemical Property : % of material content as BaCrO4 is 97.5 to 98.5%. Water-soluble Sulphates & Chloride as SO4 & Cl % by mass max. 0.1. Matter soluble in water % by mass max 0.5, oil absorption 8 to 20.
- Uses : Safety matches, Pigment in Paints, Metal Primers, For Explosive & Pyrotechnic industry.
Barium Sulphate (Precipitated)
- Chemical Formula BaSO4
- Packing : 50 Kgs HDPE bags with thick inner liner.
- Physical Property : Precipitated white heavy inorganic powder. Tasteless, Non-toxic & Noncombustible. Refractive index 1.6 to 1.7. Particle Size Passing 300 Mesh.
- Chemical Property : % of material as BaSO4 mass max 98% Volatile matter % by mass max (moisture) 0.5 oil absorption (Ml / 100gm) 20 +/- 3 matter soluble in (NaCl) as % by mass max 0.5. pH 6-8. Relative density 4.45
- Uses : It is called as BLANK FIXE It is used in Paint, Epoxy Adhesive, Chemical resistance cement, Water proofing compound, Crayons & many other uses.
- We can give very fine powder of up to 2 micron.
Barium Sulphate (Natural Ore)
- Chemical Formula BaSO4.It is known as Barites.

- Physical Property : White or Yellowish, Odorless tasteless powder.
- Chemical Property : % of material as BaSO4 97%. Iron as (Fe) % mass max 0.10 to 1.5. Particle size 200 to 300 mesh. Sp.Gr 4 - 4.5. Aluminum as (Al) % by mass max. 0.10. Silica as (SiO2) % by mass max 2.0 to 6.0. Relative density at 27oC min 4.15. matter soluble in water % by mass max 0.02.
- Uses : Off color material used for weighting mud in oil drilling. White color material used for paper coating paints Filler and delustrant textiles. In battery plate expanders.
